Appointments are generally between Tuesday-Saturday, 10am to 8pm. However, these may be extended in some cases for international clients in different time zones (Closed Sundays & Mondays).

Standard consultation last between 55 minutes & 60 minutes for individuals & couples. Some consultations, such as the initial couple’s consultation is 2 hours.

Standard Individual consultation duration is between 55-60 minutes. ($250).
Initial first Relationship consultation is 120 minutes. ($450).
Standard (follow up) Relationship & Individual consultation is between 55-60 minutes. ($250).
Special consideration: If you are unable to meet the consultation fees, special consideration and discounted fees can be requested. Please write to us and briefly explain your financial situation and the fee amount that is affordable to you.

You need an appointment to see or talk to a therapist. Use the Contact section to request an appointment or time to chat and I will reply as soon as possible.

I require 24 hours notification prior to appointment time by simply sending a sms or email to alain@alainmoulay.comor 61+ 0425 427 550.
If risk of cancellation is a possibility, discuss with me beforehand so that I may accommodate accordingly for both of us. If I receive cancellation notice less than 24 hours prior to your appointment I will charge 100% of the consultation cost.

Payments are made at the end of each consultation, using credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or cash. For online consultations, an invoice will be sent to you via the square pay processing platform. If you wish to pay by debit card or bank transfer, contact me for more information.

Referrals are accepted but not needed. If you have any questions about referrals contact me directly for more information.

I do not offer Medicare rebates. Consultation payments are made at the end of each consultation.

Currently these services are not covered by the Mental Health Care Plan.

I am not registered with health funds. However, enquire with your provider regarding the coverage of your plan. Some insurance policies do have provisions for counselling or allied health services.

I currently hold clinical registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Association of Australia (PACFA) registration number # 29754, Member of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS) member number #239, and I am Full member of the International & European Society of Sexual Medicine (ESSM, ISSM) under the name of Alain Mehdi Moulay.

Consultations are strictly talk based only. I work within a strict ethical & professional code of conduct, forbidding any touch or physical contact during or after consultation.

Consultations are strictly talk based only. As part of the professional code of conduct I abide by, you will never be asked to be nude, take any clothes off or perform or show any sexual activity in person or via video recording.

All client consultations (individual & relationship) are private and confidential. I may take notes for professional use only. The only exception to confidentiality is the legal requirement to report the intent to harm oneself or another person.

We talk about whatever it is that you as an individual or couple is concerned by. This can range from thoughts, feelings & behaviours to one’s personal experiences, events past, present & future. These may include subjects such as psychological, sexuality and relationship health & wellbeing. Some areas of concern include intimacy issues, performance issues, desire, pleasure, pain or discomfort during sex to name only a few.

Yes, homework can be given where relevant & helpful. Homework is decided collaboratively with clients.
