As a registered mental health clinician specialising in sexuality, I am dedicated to supporting adults across a wide range of issues concerning sexuality, mental health wellbeing & relationships.

Who I help

As a clinical counsellor and sex therapist, I work with all individuals across the adult lifespan, couples, and open relationship formations. This includes persons from diverse cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and life contexts.

My practice is based on a core code of professional ethics that includes cultural sensitivity alongside positive, inclusive, and affirmative sexuality values and attitudes towards all identities across LGBTQIA+ categories and spectrum.

I also work with clients that may have a past or existing medical conditions, diagnosis, or treatment plans from other health specialist e.g., medical, clinical psychology, psychiatry, and other specialist health providers.

How I help

My practice is based on a client and relationship centred approach that is collaborative towards using evidence-based techniques such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),

  • Solution Focused Therapy,

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT),

  • Mindfulness Based Approaches,

  • Humanistic,

  • Psychoanalytic,

  • and Attachment Psychotherapies.  

With clients I develop individualised treatment plans and solutions to resolve sexual difficulties & mental health concerns to lead to improved wellbeing & health.

LGBTIA+ and minorities friendly. Referrals accepted but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts (Economics) - CNAM

  • Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science - ACAP

  • Masters of Medicine in Sexual Health - USyd
